The base rate will be reduced from 15% to 8% on Sep 1, 2025 (SGT). This adjustment will significantly lower the cost of renting energy, making it more accessible for all users. Energy Cost Reduction On TRON
The TRON network has long been known for its high performance, but with the rising price of TRX, increasing transaction fees have started to diminish this advantage. In order to ensure the sustainable and healthy development of the ecosystem, TRON has reduced the energy cost from 210 sun to 100 sun. This reduction will cut the cost of burning TRX for transactions by over 50%, which may attract more users to participate in the TRON ecosystem’s growth.
